Cleveleys is a very popular place for shoppers. I have never understood why its so busy but it always is. Most of the shops can be found along one main high street. B & M bargains has always been the place people want to shop and some would come to stay in Blackpool just to visit it. Nowadays B & M bargains have shops situated all over the Flyde Coast.
Recently alot of money has been invested in the newly completed promenade sea wall creating a stunning walkway along the coast with an open area just opposite the end of the high street.
There are plenty of cafes situated at the promenade end of the high street that too are also very busy.
Cleveleys is situated about 5 miles North of Blackpool and very easy to find. You can just drive up the promenade from Blackpool to get there. Parking spaces can be very hard to find at busy times so maybe a Tram or Bus ride would be a better option.
There is a Vue Multi screen cinema just north up the promenade from the town center if you want to go and see a film with a Pub and Pizza Hut on the site.
Last year a storm forced the cargo ship 'Riverdance' to get stuck on Cleveleys beach. This attracted many people to come and see it for themselves.
